1. Using WeedOrganic 

  • Q1 : Will I be required to verify my age when entering WeedOrganic.co and WeedOrganic apps?

    Answer: Yes, Government of Canada decided the minimum age for smoking and as per that you need to verify in purpose to check whether you are old enough to see this content.

  • Q2 : How can I find a cannabis retail store location?

    Answer: There is a navigation link on the header, it’s called ‘Dispensaries’. When you click on it, it will take you to the page where you will be able see all the retail cannabis stores and their location.

  • Q3 : How can I find a cannabis Clinic location?

    Answer: On the dispensaries page, there is one drop down menu on the top. By default, it will say business type. When you click on that it will show more option like Dispensaries, Delivery and Clinic. You can select Clinic and it will show all the cannabis clinic.

  • Q4 : How can I find a organic cannabis product?

    Answer: There is a Navigation link on the header called ‘Products’. That link will take you to the page where you can see all the organic cannabis products.

  • Q5 : How can I find a organic cannabis brand?

    Answer: There is a Navigation link on the header called ‘Brands’. That link will take you to the page where you can see all the organic cannabis brands.

  • Q6 : How can I find deals nearby?

    Answer: There are two ways to find deals on WeedOrganic.ca and apps. When you scroll down on home page, you will see section called Hot Deals. You can find some nearby deals in that section. Secondly, You can go to the dispensaries from the header navigation, find nearby store from the map and click on ‘View Deals’. That will take you to the deals of that particular dispensaries.

  • Q7 : How can I find an organic cannabis strain?

    Answer: There is a Navigation link on the header called ‘Strains’. That link will take you to the page where you can see all the organic cannabis Strains.

  • Q8 : How can I add a favourite product?

    Answer: When you add any product through your dashboard, it gives you option to mark that product as favourite. This feature only appears if Pro plan is chosen.

  • Q9 : How can I add a favourite cannabis retail store?

    Answer: When you go to the dispensaries page, every dispensary will have heart shape on the top right corner. Click on that will ask you to sign in. When you sign in, it will mark that store as a favourite store.

  • Q10 : How can I view my Product Reviews?

    Answer: As a registered user, when you add review for any product, it appears in your dashboard under Reviews heading.

2. Managing your account

  • Q1 : How to sign up and create a WeedOrganic account?

    Answer: As a general user, account sign up/Register link is located at top right corner of website. If you are a business, your business login is located at the footer bottom of website.

  • Q2 : I cannot log into my account.

    Answer: Make sure you are adding the right password. Double check the caps lock. Passwords are case sensitive, so you need to make sure you are adding the password the same way you created. You can also reset your password by clicking on forget password link below login. If you still cannot login, our support team can help you fix that.

  • Q3 : How to reset my password?

    Answer: When you click on login window, forget password link is located below the login fields.

  • Q4 : How to logout of your account?

    Answer: Logout link is in the vertical menu bar inside your dashboard.

  • Q5 : How to deactivate my account?

    Answer: You cannot deactivate your account. You can only delete your account. It is located inside the menu of your dashboard.

  • Q6 : How to reactivate my account?

    Answer: As said above, you cannot deactivate your account. You can always create a new user account.

  • Q7 : Why is my WeedOrganic account suspended?

    Answer: Please read our privacy policy and disclaimer if your account is suspended. If you feel that account is suspended out of no reason or by accident, please contact us.

  • Q8 : How can I opt-out from account?

    Answer: There is no such option available.

  • Q9 : How can I opt back into my account?

    Answer: There is no such option available.

  • Q10 : How to stop pop up notifications?

    Answer: To stop further receiving further notifications, you can check your browser extensions and disable the cookies. You can also click on padlock which appears below the website url to see which notifications are turned on. You can turn them on as per your preferences.

  • Q11 : How to update My Profile information?

    Answer: You can always update your information once your login to your dashboard. As your hover on profile page, click on the pencil icon to edit the information.

  • Q12 : How to update my profile photo?

    Answer: As you hover on the pictures, a pencil icon appears, click on it and you can update your picture.

    Answer: The sign-up link is provided at the footer bottom. Click on Business login link. A pop-up window opens, click on Register.

    Answer: As you login to your dashboard, click on My Subscriptions link located in the vertical menu of your dashboard to upgrade your subscription.
